Q: What is Life Enrichment Services?

A: We are a non-profit organization serving adults 50 and over. Our objectives are: to enhance the lives of older adults through continued educational growth and volunteer service to others; and to develop programs to sustain the independence and dignity of older citizens.


Q: Is Life Enrichment Services affiliated with DeKalb County Parks and Recreation Services?

A: No. We are an independent not-for-profit organization. DeKalb County Parks and Recreation Services occupies the bottom floor of our building. Our two organizations enjoy a cooperative relationship.


Q: Where does Life Enrichment's financial support come from?

A: Our financial support comes from contributions from affiliates, fees from education classes, special events, contributions from members, and grants from foundations and corporations.


Q: Are volunteers needed?

A: YES!!! We always need volunteers to help out in our office, to help with mailings, to work as handymen, and to serve as instructors for our educational classes.
