Life Enrichment Services was incorporated
as a non-profit corporation on Dec. 8, 1976, with
an office at Briarlake Baptist Church. The goal of
the newly formed organization was to serve seniors
in the community with the talents of other seniors.
In the late 1980s, after a series of fundraising
drives and the great resolve of members and our community,
Life Enrichment was finally able to have a building
of its own. The groundbreaking took place in 1989.
The new building was named The Mack Love Senior Center,
in honor of H. Mack Love who was Life Enrichment's
first executive director. The dedication for our new
building was held on Oct. 9, 1990. Since that time,
we have continued to grow and serve seniors each year.
