the lives of our participants by offering: Telephone Reassurance, a program
for people who live alone and need a daily telephone
check.
Handyman Service performed by retired
persons skilled in making minor home repairs at a
nominal cost.
Referrals to other community aging services.
A Wellness Center, with the services of massage
therapist Laurie Findlay, and certified reflexology therapist
Monika Hamilton. To schedule
an appointment or for more information call our office

Massage Therapy—2nd and 4th Mondays:
9:15
a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Every Tuesday: 9:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Cost: $20 for 30 minutes or $40 for one hour.

Cost: $25 for 30 min or $50 for one hr for new clients
$45 for one hr for current clients
Reflexology—1st & 3rd Monday of each
month:
10 - 4 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
$40 for one hour. First session is $35.
