Rates for Room Rentals at the Life Enrichment Services Building

Use of the kitchen with any room rental is an additional $50.00

These rates include:
Heating or air conditioning
A clean building
Tables
Chairs
Podium
Other audiovisual equipment as needed
The lessee must provide and pay a security deposit of $50 if:
Attendance is over 100 people
After normal operating hours
Deemed necessary by the Executive Director
There will also be a $100 charge if the alarm is set off or the room is left un-cleaned.
